What’s been happening:

Thanks to a remarkable education at Penn State, I taught communication courses for forty years at three different universities. I was the communication department chair at the University of North Texas and Oregon State University and the Director of the University Honors Program at Montana State University. I have recommended Penn State for graduate studies to many of my students. I am married to a film professor and have two sons and a granddaughter. Now that I am retired, I am a volunteer with Intermountain Therapy Animals and the Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) program. My Golden Retriever, Argus, and I go to the elementary schools and the public library in Bozeman, Montana where the children read to my dog. Last summer I made my second trip to amazing Alaska for hiking and boating. Penn State changed my life, and I am proud to be an alumna.
